ThinkDivergent’s Neurodevelopmental Operating System: Adult ADHD Assessment Application

ThinkDivergent is a digital-first, neuro-inclusive platform that transforms the Adult ADHD diagnostic pathway by standardising assessment, reducing unwarranted variation, and improving both patient and clinician experience.

Built in alignment with NICE, DSM-V, and ICD-11, the platform delivers a fully digital end-to-end ADHD assessment workflow from referral and structured history taking to clinical interview support, synthesis, and automated generation of draft reports which are personalised, neuro-affirmative and trauma-sensitive.

By combining structured clinical design with an AI-assisted reporting engine, ThinkDivergent reduces administrative burden, improves consistency of diagnostic decision-making, and enables services to increase capacity without compromising quality or safety.

Co‑designed with clinicians and neurodivergent adults, the platform provides a guided, accessible patient experience that reduces cognitive load, prevents repetitive disclosure of sensitive information, and restores dignity to the diagnostic journey. The embedded evidence‑based clinical tooltips also support skill‑mix development, enabling a wider range of trained staff to safely contribute to ADHD assessments, addressing workforce shortages and unlocking further capacity across NHS services.
