Core Functions Compliance Pricing Evidence Integration Accessibility Contact

Dr-Julian Medical Group is a CQC-registered national mental health provider and digital platform that supports NHS and healthcare organisations to manage mental health and neurodiversity pathways at scale.

The platform functions as a digital front door and pathway infrastructure layer, enabling early identification, structured triage, waiting-list support and personalised self-management for conditions such as ADHD, autism, anxiety and depression.

It provides a clinicianled pre-screen consultation, enabling earlier guidance, clinical decision-making and helping determine whether a full specialist diagnostic assessment is required.

Following the pre-screen, individuals gain access to a personalised digital dashboard, containing education, therapeutic tools, structured resources, and localised signposting content. Through its Healthcare Resource Builder, NHS systems can develop populationlevel resource libraries and structured digital pathways that support self-management and community access at scale.

Where clinically appropriate, users can be escalated to full ADHD diagnostic assessment, Autism assessment, evidence-based therapy, or multidisciplinary treatment pathways delivered by Dr-Julian’s clinical team. The platform can be deployed as digital infrastructure for NHS ADHD and neurodiversity pathways, or Dr-Julian can be commissioned as a clinical provider delivering triage, therapy, assessments, and wider mental health services

Core Functions

  • Clinicianled ADHD PreScreen Consultation

A one-hour specialist consultation supported by digital intake tools and structured screening questionnaires. Outcomes include recommendations for full diagnostic assessment, identification of neurodiversity traits not requiring diagnosis, or redirection to a more appropriate support pathway.

Personalised Digital Dashboard & SelfHelp Tools
Users receive a tailored dashboard containing ADHD education, self-management tools, executive function strategies, therapy tools, symptom tracking, and lifestyle/wellbeing content. Content can be customised by region or system.

  • Healthcare Resource Builder (Population-Level Support)

Enables NHS systems to build and govern structured digital resource libraries and self-management pathways across mental health, neurodiversity and wider health conditions. Resources can be localised to specific ICS regions and prescribed directly to individuals through personalised dashboards, with engagement tracking and outcome monitoring.

  • Digital Waiting-List Support & Early Intervention

Offers structured education, symptom monitoring, and therapeutic tools for individuals awaiting ADHD or autism assessment, reducing risk of deterioration and improving engagement.

  • Pathway Coordination & Infrastructure

The platform supports healthcare systems to manage demand by identifying individuals who may not require specialist diagnosis or secondary care referral, enabling appropriate support, education and therapy earlier in the pathway. Provides referral intake, triage workflows, waiting-list management, multi-provider coordination, and system-level reporting. Supports primary care, community teams, and ICS-level neurodiversity pathways.

  • Therapy & Multidisciplinary Clinical Services

Dr-Julian clinicians can deliver therapy, full ADHD and autism assessments, and diagnostic pathways where commissioned.

  • IAPTUS

  • RESTful APIs for broader interoperability

It supports large data volumes associated with ADHD assessment processes (PROMs, clinical notes, outcome data) and is fully compliant with NHS data governance and IG standards. The system is already used across multiple live NHS pathways, demonstrating realworld integration and operational readiness.

Dr-Julian is also working to extend integration across ICS-level and primary care systems, enabling coordinated multi-provider neurodiversity pathways.

Service User Design / Involvement

The platform has been co-designed with neurodiverse individuals, clinicians, patients, carers, and livedexperience contributors. Design principles respond to challenges typical in ADHD and neurodiversity, such as task initiation difficulties, sensory sensitivities, cognitive overload, and anxiety. Key design features include:

  • Ultra-simple, lowfriction navigation and visual signposting to reduce cognitive load.

  • Personalised dashboards tailored to goals, symptoms, and pathway stage.

  • Short modular tools (e.g., grounding exercises, thought-sorting, scheduling) to build engagement.

  • Gamified engagement, progress tracking, and supportive reminders.

  • Gender-responsive content addressing differences in ADHD presentation.

  • Cultural and linguistic inclusivity, including plain-English materials and multilingual capability.

  • Options for visual, auditory or text-based content, supporting varied sensory processing needs.

  • ADHD-informed therapists available for guided support.

This ongoing co-production ensures the service remains inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the lived realities of neurodivergent service users.
