ThinkDivergent improves assessment productivity, quality and accessibility, while cutting patient days on the pathway by 70% and assessment admin down by up to 90%.

The platform guides each patient through the whole pathway, from referral and structured history-taking to the clinical interview, evidence synthesis and a draft diagnostic report, all in one consistent, NICE-aligned workflow. An AI-assisted reporting engine drafts the report from the clinician’s inputs, while the clinician stays in control of every clinical decision.

For patients, it’s a structured, paced, plain-language interface with no time pressure that reduces patient distress and repetitive disclosure of sensitive information. For clinicians and services, it removes hours of paperwork per assessment, brings consistency to decision-making, and supports multidisciplinary and skill-mix models of care, so waiting lists move faster, without compromising quality or safety.

Built and tested with clinicians and neurodivergent adults, and aligned with NICE(NG87), DSM-V and ICD-11.
